Privacy

This is an owner-operated internal tax review application hosted on Hostinger.

Data stored

After authorization, accounting records and reports from the selected QuickBooks company are saved for the selected year. PDFs uploaded by the owner and review notes are also stored. Financial records are accessible through the owner's authenticated session.

Credentials and storage

The owner's password is stored as a password hash. Intuit credentials and tokens are encrypted with a server-side key. The database, key and uploaded documents are stored outside the public website directory. This is shared hosting; the hosting provider and account administrator control the server and its backups.

Requests and providers

Connecting uses Intuit OAuth. Intuit sends a temporary authorization code to this website, which exchanges it directly for tokens. Hostinger may log request URLs, IP addresses and timestamps, including callback requests. The application adds no advertising or analytics scripts.

Retention

Records remain until removed by the owner or hosting administrator. Disconnecting QuickBooks does not delete stored records or hosting backups. Contact the account owner directly to manage access, exports, deletion and backup retention.

Analysis

The current version organizes records and manual review notes. It does not automatically send documents to an AI provider. Any future external analysis requires configuration and a corresponding privacy update.
